Has been responsible for evolving the Project scope & Project Design considering the dependent pre-requisites, to enable an optimal & integrated solution. He plays a pivotal role to strategize & implement the Development Program after assessing the inherent challenges & constraints.

As as an initial member, has been responsible for Project Implementation of the Group's Various Projects & leads a team of engineers & other professionals to effectively deliver various projects as per the desired quality, within prescribed timeframe and budgeted cost. Day-to-day activities involve Design Coordination, Value Engineering, Consultant Coordination, Vendor Management, Safety Management, Cost & Quality Control.
